Quality Control Coordinator

Support the business systems of the Office of Student Financial Assistance by providing quality control for financial aid program operations, to include functions of the MASSAid system and related program data, disbursements refund and reconciliation. Monitoring and correct processing errors; manage institutional participation, audit and compliance requirements; test new software releases and enhancements; and assist with data update and roll-over between school years. >> More
