July 2, 2009
As Commissioner Freeland indicated in his June 25 memo (.DOC), state and community college presidents are required to submit to the Department of Higher Education a detailed spending plan for State Fiscal Stabilization Funds and a signed Statement of Assurances. Commissioner Freeland has set the deadline for this submission as Friday, July 17, 2009.
