Classification Study and Classification Specifications

The Classification Study developed a new classification structure for the 15 community colleges, taking into consideration academic credentials, experience, and seniority and providing additional criteria to maintain the new classification structure for newly hired employees, promotions, and salary adjustments.

Classification specifications are provided for positions within the Massachusetts community colleges and the Massachusetts Human Resources Division.
