Reduction In Workload

Plan Contributions will cease when an Active Participant’s workload in a covered position is reduced to a level below the minimum required in Mass. General Laws Chapter 32 (50% FTE).

Contributions would resume if the participant’s workload in a covered position is increased to the minimum at a later date.

 

Please note: As of March 10, 2008, the office of the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education
was renamed the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education. The name change will be integrated into
prior existing website content gradually over the next few months.
