Required Minimum Distribution Relief

The "Workers, Retirees and Employers Recovery Act of 2008" includes a provision that suspends Required Minimum Distributions during 2009. ORP Participants who would otherwise be required to take their minimum amount in 2009 should contact their Provider immediately if they wish to forego the 2009 payments.

As always, you can contact the Plan Administrator with any questions you may have about this issue or the ORP in general.

 

Matching Contribution Update: October 29, 2009

Pay Period End Date: October 24, 2009

Funds for this contribution should be transferred to the Program Providers within three to five business days from the date of this update. Your Provider may require several additional days to process the allocation and post the funds to your account.
