Association of Professional Administrators

The collective bargaining agreement for the Association of Professional Administrators (APA) covers the period from January 1, 2012, to December 31, 2013. This Agreement is entered into by and between the Board of Higher Education and the Association of Professional Administrators, Massachusetts Teachers Association / National Education Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for positions in the bargaining unit.

This Agreement will set forth procedures for the equitable resolution of grievances; the terms of employment with respect to wages and working conditions; and the means by which the parties may consult periodically on mutually perceived problems.
