Accessing Participant Data
Campus Administrators may access certain information about ORP Participants from their own campus. This information is intended to help the Campus Administrator:
- Determine individual Participants' eligibility for payment of unused sick days; and
- Confirm a Participant's eligibility for post-employment benefits from the Group Insurance Commission.
The secure system provides the following information for Campus Administrators:
- Participant's total Years of Creditable Service (if the Plan Administrator has already calculated it)
- Participant's age
- Whether or not the Participant has begun a Retiree Income
Note: Information will not be available if Plan Administrator has not yet completed their determination of any individual's status.
