Ch. 31 Vocational Rehabilitation

Individuals who have a documented service-connected disability of at least 10% may be eligible for the VA's Vocational Rehabilitation program. Vocational Rehabilitation assists the veteran with service-connected disabilities with educational training and employment preparation.

To apply for the program, download and submit a completed Form 28-1900 [.PDF], Disabled Veterans Application for Vocational Rehabilitation, and mail it to:
