Introduction

The Board of Higher Education's Office of Veterans Education is designated by law as the State Approving Agency (SAA) responsible for approving and reviewing programs at educational institutions and training establishments in Massachusetts which offer education and training to veterans and other eligible persons under the Veterans Education Assistance Program.

In addition to assisting students with finding services and benefits, the Board of Higher Education Massachusetts also works with the certifying officials of educational institutions and training establishments.
