MassTransfer Benefits
After completing your associate degree with at least 60 credit hours
you will be eligible to transfer into a linked MassTransfer program at a Massachusetts state university or University of Massachusetts campus with the following benefits:

Notes:
- If the linked MassTransfer program requires a higher GPA
or specific courses, you must meet these requirements. - The MassTransfer tuition waiver applies to resident tuition rates and not to fees. Based on 2009-2010 tuition rates, the waiver amounts to an average annual discount of $319 at the Massachusetts state universities and $539 at the University of Massachusetts.
- Students matriculating in fall 2009, as well as currently enrolled students, may accumulate courses leading toward the completion of an associate degree eligible for MassTransfer or the MassTransfer Block. The policy benefits apply to students who plan to transfer for the fall 2010 semester or later.
