This office is charged with providing support for local Boards of Trustees. Our mission is to foster two-way communication between the Board and Department of Higher Education (DHE) and the local Boards of Trustees. More broadly, the new Office presents an opportunity to facilitate heightened levels of collaboration, communication and information sharing at the board level. This will foster a cohesive, mission-driven system of public higher education focused on meeting the needs of the state and specifically of our students, employers and our communities.
