FY16 Rapid Response Grants

The FY16 Rapid Response Incentive Program was well received by our institutions with 16 proposals submitted from a total of 11 community colleges seeking more than double the amount in available grant funds. This year’s proposals nearly tripled the number of proposals we received last year.  Out of the 16 proposals, eight were selected for awards totaling $500,000.

South Coast Health Systems Allied Health $69,958 60 Incumbent Creating & implementing four continuing education units (CEU) for medical assistants. National & Mass Health Care Reform require employees to be certified/credentialed in order to enter information in the Electronic Medical Health Records (EMR) system.
