Eligibility for the ORP

Eligibility for the Optional Retirement Program is available only to certain faculty and senior administrators at all public institutions of higher education. Eligible Employees must meet all three of the requirements listed below.

1. Eligible Position, and
   
   
2. Minimum Workload, and
   
   
3. Non-vested Status
