Not Eligible

An ORP participant is considered to be “Not Eligible” when they meet the Insurance Commission’s requirements for post-employment benefits but have drawn all of their assets from the plan.

Status Change: A “Not Eligible” participant may not attain any other status to become eligible for post-employment benefits from the Group Insurance Commission.
