MassTransfer policy stipulates that students who complete the GenEd Foundation or STEM GenEd* with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 will have satisfied the general education, distribution, or core requirements at the institution to which they are transferring.

• *By policy, the STEM GenEd only receives this benefit when transferred as part of an A2B associate degree. However, receiving institution's may grant the benefit to the free-standing block of courses, at their own discretion, for students transferring into a STEM major.
• Confer with institutional academic advisors to ensure that the courses you take satisfy MassTransfer and degree requirements at both institutions.
