   • The Campus Strategic Planning Advisory Council (SPAC) is reviewing the BHE’s current Guidelines for Campus Strategic Planning. The review is being conducted according to the statutory charge that BHE inform its own system-wide work and strategic directions, by providing advice and recommendations to guide the full Board. SPAC will provide recommendations to the Board on ways to enhance the process in June 2022.
