Notice of Interest Form

If you are considering a transfer to the Mass. State Employees’ Retirement System:

1. Download the Notice of Interest form (.doc)


2. Choose a delivery method for your Notice of Interest form:

3. Submit your Notice of Interest form by October 27.
   The Department of Higher Education must receive your form before 5:00pm on Monday, October 27, 2014 or you will forfeit the opportunity to transfer to MSERS.


4. Await confirmation of your receipt. It will be sent via email to the email address provided on the form.

Please note that requesting information does not create an obligation to transfer. If you wish to remain in the Optional Retirement Program, no action is necessary.
