Personnel policies for non-unit professional (NUP) employees of the 15 community colleges and nine state universities are adopted by the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education and shall be applied by the college presidents to govern employment conditions of NUP employees, as defined. Board of Higher Education policies not covered in these Handbooks shall remain in effect.
