Campus Administrators must report changes in ORP Participants' employment statuses to the Plan Administrator as soon as possible after any of the following changes occur:
The Campus Administrator must notify the Plan Administrator as soon as possible if a Participant changes positions to one that is not eligible for ORP participation.
To process the change, the Campus Administrator must:
Group Life Insurance Conversion Form to the Participant; andThe Campus Administrator must notify the Plan Administrator as soon as possible if a Participant's workload in a covered position is reduced to a level below the minimum required in Mass. General Laws Chapter 32 (50% FTE).
